  The aim of the rules listed below is to make your stay at "Il Cinghialino" pleasant for each and every Guest.

Il Cinghialino asks each Guest:

- To consider that other Guests may be present on the premises.
- To follow safety and hygiene rules: a list is available in your apartment and in the areas in common.

The rules mentioned below refer to:

- Respect of the rest and of the well-being of every Guest.
- Safety and security of every Guest, and especially of children, on the Cinghialino premises.
- Use of the swimming pool and its shower (forbidden after 20.00 P.M.).
- Sustainable consumption of water and electricity.
- Access to Cinghialino premises of people other than Guests.
- Disposal of waste in compliance with current rules and laws.
- Respect of the environment.

Safety & Security, always:

- Keep all the entrances to the property closed at all times.
- Keep the gate to the swimming pool closed at all times.
- Do not dive in the swimming pool.
- Never set fires in the garden or outdoor.
- Barbacues are stricly and always forbidden.
- Never throw cigarette’s butts on the ground; use ash trays and make sure that butts have been put off already.
- Pay attention to children, especially when they are on the terraces and around the pool.
- If there are children, use the safety devices supplied by the property (window grids and staircase gate).
- Please locate the first-aid kit, the emergency torch, the fire-extinguisher, the emergency phone numbers.

Remark:

- The cookers are gas LPG, as very common throughout Italy.
- Despite of gas leaks being most unlikely throughout Italy, each cooker has a light detector (a mere option adopted freely by Il Cinghialino) for such totally unlikely leaks.
- The light and sound detector will be indicated to the Guest when the apartment is being handed over to him, and the Guest shall confirm that he has seen the detector.
- Green light and no sound, normal situation.
- Red light and sound, there is a gas leak.
In case of propane leak (as above, a very remote occurrence):
- Extinguish any source of flame/fire, put off cigarettes and open the windows.
- First call 115 (the Fire Brigade) and after the property manager.

Hygiene, always:

- Never litter outdoor or in the communal areas.
- Dispose of the waste following the current rules and laws.
- Always shower before swimming.
- Never use soap/shampoo in the outdoor shower.
