Please note:
- The Easter period is high season and goes from the Saturday before the Holy Week until Tuesday after Easter (10 days).
-High season are also 25.04 (the day that commemorates the Liberation in 1945) and 01.05 (Workers holiday).
All above prices are:
- Per week, normally from one Saturday afternoon between 04.00 PM and 06.00 PM, until the morning of the following Saturday between 09.00 and 12.00 AM
- Including: the heating and the consumptions of water, energy and gas; the use of the garden and of the swimming pool; the weekly change of all lingerie (beds, bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool); the final cleaning.
Obviously excluding all optional services For the periods between different seasons (low, medium and high), prices shall be calculated in proportion to the occupation in each season.Forfaits concerning the heating and the consumptions of water, energy and gas, are feasible for stays longer than five weeks.

* DAILY PRICES for stays shorter than one week and for minimum two nights in all cases; special weekend (two nights, from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday) prices are limited to the low and medium seasons.

Remarks: - New prices are in force since 07.01.2011; nevertheless, for bookings which payment in advance has been made within 28th Feb. and thus confirmed, 2010 prices will be applied for the entire 2011.
- The days in excess of one week stay, despite being less than seven, will be calculated on a weekly basis instead of the daily ones.
