Holiday apartments in Versilia

All apartments are: - Fully renovated including electrical and plumbing systems. - Fully furnished, including satellite TV colour. - Equipped with linen for bathroom, bedroom, table and swimming pool. - Equipped with full kitchen-ware. - With Internet connection including wireless. - With free access to the swimming pool and its facilities. - With ceilings in original terracotta tiles and wooden beams. - Equipped with fans in every room. Each flat also includes: - Washing-machine and hair-drier in the bathroom (or in one of the bathrooms if two). - Kitchen or kitchenette (liquid propane powered) equipped with dishwasher and microwave. One ironing set is available: should you need it, please reserve it through the notice board. Everybody has free access to the garden, to the swimming pool and its facilities (whist the apartment Il Riccio has also a private garden-terrace as described here below). Baby-ware is available upon request (cot, bath, potty, plastic cutlery, changing table etc.). All the above is included in the rate.

	It has a private garden-terrace partly covered with a pergola (around 4.50 x 3.80 mt.), ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, and partly planted with citrus, flowers and Mediterranean herbs. The private garden adjoins the living-room with fireplace. The apartment is around 115 m2 with two complete bathrooms with shower; a large kitchen with brick vault; two double bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with double bed); a single bedroom; no. of beds 05 + (04).

	Around 45 m2 wide: with living room/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette; a complete bathroom with shower; a double room; no. of beds 02 + (01).
	ApartmentIL GHIRO (1st floor on the left)
	Around 75 m2 wide: with living room/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette; a further small living room (suitable also either for a study or as an extra single bedroom); a complete bathroom with shower; a double room; a single room; no. of beds 03 + (01).
	ApartmentLA VOLPE (2nd floor on the right)
	Around 85 m2 wide, on two levels: with living room/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette; two complete bathrooms with shower, one at each level; a double room and an extra living room (suitable also either for a study or a single bedroom) at the lower level; a double room with twin beds and a play area for children at the upper level (the play area has a 200 x 140 cm. mattress and could also be used as bed area for children/kids); no. of beds 05 (+ 02 for children/kids).
	ApartmentIL PETTIROSSO (2nd floor on the left)
	Around 75 m2 wide: with living room/dining room; a fully equipped kitchen; a complete bathroom with shower; a double room; a single room with mezzanine on top of which there are two more 175 x 75 cm. beds suitable for children; no. 03 + 02 for children older than five/six year-old + (02).
